Nicholas Lemek serves as Chief of Operations for Elite Tactical Security & Protection and provides leadership for the company’s operational planning, executive-event coordination, institutional consulting, and preparedness initiatives.

Nick brings extensive experience in public safety leadership, emergency management, operational coordination, and institutional security environments through his combined background in fire service leadership and private security operations.

He currently serves as a Captain with the Omaha Fire Department, where he has held leadership responsibilities involving incident command, emergency response coordination, operational management, public safety planning, and community risk reduction initiatives. Nick also oversees the Omaha Fire Department Public Education Division, coordinating large-scale community outreach operations, interagency collaboration, emergency preparedness initiatives, and public safety engagement programs throughout the Omaha metropolitan area.

In addition to his public safety leadership experience, Nick has led security operations and operational planning efforts for executive environments, houses of worship, higher education institutions, corporate operations, community organizations, and high-attendance public events throughout Nebraska.
