Nick Lemek
Technical Advisor – Security, Fire, EMS, & Emergency Response

Nick Lemek is a career emergency responder and security professional with extensive experience in fire service, emergency medical care, and private security operations.
As a Captain with the Omaha Fire Department, he has operated in high-risk, time-sensitive environments, providing fire suppression, advanced medical care, and coordinated emergency response. His experience includes work in specialized response areas involving hostile incidents and public safety threats, as well as leadership in complex emergency scenes.
As Chief of Operations for Elite Tactical, Nick oversees security operations, training, and deployment, with a focus on de-escalation, situational awareness, and modern security practices.
Through Elite Tactical Production Support, he advises productions on how responders think, communicate, and operate under pressure, ensuring that scenes reflect real-world behavior rather than staged assumptions.
Josh Fry

Josh Fry brings over two decades of experience across law enforcement, fire service, and military leadership, offering productions a uniquely comprehensive perspective on emergency and tactical operations.
He currently serves with the Omaha Fire Department, specializing in fire prevention, inspections, and community risk reduction, while continuing to support emergency response operations.
Josh previously served with the San Francisco Police Department in patrol, investigations, and specialized assignments including SWAT, and has direct experience in crisis response, public safety, and urban policing environments.
In his role as a First Sergeant in the Nebraska Army National Guard, Josh is responsible for the leadership, readiness, and development of soldiers within an infantry company. His service includes multiple deployments in Iraq, where he operated in complex, high-risk environments and led soldiers in mission-focused operations.
He provides productions with guidance on law enforcement procedures, tactical movement, leadership presence, and military-informed realism, helping ensure scenes are both credible and operationally accurate.
